    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  2. Return Process
    Please contact our customer service at support@teacupcake.store to initiate a return. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions.
  3. Refunds
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  4. Non-Returnable Items
    Unfortunately, certain items like personalized or custom products are non-returnable.
  5. Free Return Shipping
    We cover the return shipping costs, so you won’t incur any additional fees for the return process.
